Shipping Methods and Timelines

At ArganDirect, we process each order based on enquiry. Shipping timelines and methods are confirmed individually depending on your order volume, destination, and packaging needs.

Standard Shipping

Once confirmed, standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within your region. This option is suitable for regular restocking and cost-effective shipping.

Expedited Shipping

If you require faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping with an estimated delivery window of 2–3 business days after dispatch. Additional charges apply based on your location and package size.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination but generally range between 7–14 business days. Please note that international customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, we will email you a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your shipment and estimated delivery date.

Return Policy

We aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order from ArganDirect. If you’re not satisfied, please review the guidelines below.

Standard Returns

  • Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in original condition.
  • To initiate a return, contact us with your order reference and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
  • A 10% restocking fee may apply to cover handling and processing.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Exclusions

  • Bulk orders are final and not eligible for return due to discounted pricing and special logistics.
  • International returns are accepted, but customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. Customers are also responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Customized or private label products are not eligible for return.
